Every piece of wood—be it the neck, the body, or the fretboard—is a living legacy of nature, grown in its own unique way. Much like a fingerprint, every stage of its processing is one-of-a-kind, ensuring that no two instruments are ever truly the same.
The Scan
The Biometric Antibuzz System is a proprietary, master-level procedure that biometrically scans every segment of wood and every fret wire. The system performs a high-precision analysis of the specific string gauge, brand, and material type used on the instrument.
The Calibration
Because every alloy and manufacturing process creates different tension profiles and vibration patterns, our system treats the strings as a biological extension of the wood. Whether you play Nickel-Wound, Stainless Steel, Cobalt, or Coated strings, the system calibrates the geometry of the fretboard to match the exact physical properties of your preferred set.
